Jesus, seeing a company implode infront of everyone's eyes is not a pretty sight. In a further humiliation for the company, the owners of 300,000 cars will be told that their brakes may fail on icy surfaces Toyota is to order a humiliating global recall of the Prius — the hybrid electric car which has become the leader of the green motoring revolution. The 30-second spot shows two men excitedly watching the game, before their hands brush as they both reach into a bowl of chips. Suddenly, the two begin making out, much to the shock of a guy sitting close by. According to a rep for the dating site, which operates under the slogan ?Where Many Many Many Men Come Out to Play,? the ad was submitted on Monday, January... More...

On October 17, 2006, 28-year-old Iraq war veteran Zackery Bowen leapt to his death from a New Orleans hotel roof, leaving a suicide note directing police to the dismembered body of his girlfriend, Addie Hall. Both the stars and writers of poker's most enduring film say a sequel is a realistic possibility. "Everybody would probably come back," Rounders star Matt Damon told PokerListings. "The actors all had a really good time working together. I know Edward would want to do it; we had a blast working together. [Director] John Dahl I'm sure would like to do it. Maybe someday it will happen. "The only reason to do a movie like that would be if we had a great idea. If the two writers suddenly said eureka! We have a great idea. Then everyone involved would...[/Director] More...

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Only miles from the scenic vistas and celebrity mansions that draw sightseers from around the globe - but a world away from the glitz and glamour - a bus tour is rolling through the dark side of the city's gang turf. Passengers paying $65 a head Saturday signed waivers acknowledging they could be crime victims and put their fate in the hands of tattooed ex-gang members who say they have negotiated a cease-fire among rivals in the most violent gangland in America. If that sounds daunting, consider the challenge facing organizers of LA Gang Tours: trying... More...

Almost forgot, i saw him on Monday, went to his place with my wife at lunch time, said 1)he dropped his phone and it broke, so thats why he didn't call me back. 2)says he has a 1000 deductible for his insurance, so get 3 estimates, which i've done now and emailed him the info. 3)still has no phone apparently, so not sure when he will call me back, will be visiting him again by Friday if nothing.
I will contact my insurance and police by monday if no word from him, need to get this fixed, and it won't cost me. also found out there is NO deductible for him to pay for my car to get fixed, so he is either bullshitting, or misunderstands how deductible works, there is no damage to his truck, he hit me with an extended metal basket he had on there.
So bottom line, something will be happening by friday/monday. Body shops are closed on the weekend, want to get it in Monday because it will take 3 to 4 days to fix, and i'll need a rental in the time being.
